Why do I perform the Lap Band procedure?
“Obesity is an epidemic which affects a large portion of our population. It is a terrible and often ignored disease that negatively impacts the medical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our patients. The Lap Band procedure is one of the best tools we currently have at our disposal to help patients lose weight safely and positively impact their lives. It is minimally invasive, adjustable, effective and, if necessary, easily reversible.”
Dr. Cárcamo is an independent physician engaged in the private practice of medicine.
