Though specific requirements may vary somewhat from provider to provider, most major insurance companies cover it (NOTE: We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, or federally funded plans). Self Pay
Whether you save up, use funds from your Health Flexible Spending Account or 401K, or take advantage of a tax refund, paying out of pocket has many advantages. Our very affordable cash pricing lets you avoid insurance requirements — that means you can begin your weight-loss journey right away. We accept most major credit cards and cashier’s checks.
