After completing a Bariatric Fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dr. Wilkenfeld underwent extensive Lap Band surgical training with leading experts at the True Results.
With the expansion of his practice, he has moved to a new complete bariatric office in The Woodlands. His wife Tina, an IMU nurse with 17 years of experience, has since joined him. Dr. Wilkenfeld believes in educating his patients on how to use the Lap Band device and feels this partnership is a key component to achieving long lasting weight-loss success.
