True Results Blog Guidelines

The True Results Blog is a moderated blog. Why? Because we want to ensure that everyone stays on topic — or at least pretty close to it. We appreciate and encourage you to post your thoughts, comments, suggestions, and questions and ask that you make sure they are of general interest to most readers. Of course, profanity, racial and ethnic slurs, and rude behavior like disparaging personal remarks will not be tolerated and should be Flagged immediately if seen.

Even though the True Results Blog is moderated, we pledge to present opposing viewpoints and will strive to keep posts interesting, diverse, and multi-sided.

Please note that not every post will receive a response from us. However, we encourage you to respond to our bloggers and to the comments of other individuals. We also ask that you be patient with us for a response. Our bloggers are working with patients everyday and that is their first priority, so there may be a delay in a response for a few days.

One final disclaimer — the True Results Blog is not the appropriate place to address personal medical issues or customer service needs. We always stand ready to help you along your personal weight-loss journey, so please call our Patient Service Center at 1-800-324-2694 or contact your surgeon to resolve any individual concerns or issues.
